Installed in the HVAC closets of each suite, a leak from a back-up drain was detected on only its third day,  preventing a flood that would have damaged the newly renovated corridors, saving thousands in clean-up costs and  disruption to residents. Since installation, the sensors have detected over a dozen leaks saving tens of thousands in potential damage.

Installed throughout the building’s mechanical rooms the solution proved its value detecting a leak in mechanical room preventing a major flood just weeks after deployment. In addition to leak sensors Fitness Room sensors were deployed to gauge equipment usage providing management insight on purchasing new equipment.
