Solutions
An Ombrello monitoring solution will provide you with knowledge and insights about what’s happening in and around your building(s). Whether you are looking to detect leaks and mitigate potential water damage, gain insights to fitness room and equipment usage, know when the mail has arrived or simply determine hot and cold areas throughout the property, we’ve got you covered. Our solutions are completely scalable allowing you to start with a small targeted solution that can be easily expanded to a comprehensive building wide deployment.
Our experts consult, recommend, install and provide peace of mind service and support. Ombrello is more than a solution; we’re your partner in ensuring your building (s) is running optimally and safely.
How it works
Aware Leak Detection (Aware LD) Sensors are placed at or near the source of common leaks (e.g. HVAC equipment, appliances, bathrooms, kitchens, mechanical rooms etc.). The sensors connect to gateways (using LoRaWan protocol) strategically placed throughout the building to ensure constant connectivity and sensor data flow. Sensors report leak, humidity and temperature data to cloud servers when anomaly conditions are detected automatically triggering notifications to designated recipients. Leak sensors can be used in combination with automated or semi-automated shut-offs. The Aware system is designed to rollover to cellular should you lose internet ensuring continuous connectivity.
ANALYTICS & SUMMARY REPORTS
Management and staff have real-time access to the status of every sensor in the building showing alert logs, weekly, monthly analytics and battery statuses. The analytics platform enables building managers to set customizable alerts and thresholds, allowing for quick responses to urgent situations, such as temperature fluctuations, water leaks, or elevator malfunctions.
Summary Reports provide insight to any leak activity, gateway and sensor statuses in the last 24hrs or 7 days in and around your property(s). These reports are perfect for providing a building health snapshot for management, asset managers, condo directors or third party service techs.
MOBILE APP
The mobile app offers a convenient and efficient way for building managers to name and configure wireless sensors directly from their smartphone. The app also serves as a centralized hub for monitoring and alerting, allowing managers to view live data and receive instant notifications when sensor readings indicate abnormal conditions. For instance, if a water sensor detects a leak or a temperature sensor identifies a drop that could indicate freezing pipes, the app sends an alert immediately, prompting rapid action.
